Communities
We recognise that our presence around the world is both a responsibility and an opportunity to use our influence to create a positive and lasting impact on the communities near our Business Units.

We believe that business success goes beyond financial results, as it also lies in the positive impact we generate in the communities where we operate.
We aim to be seen as a neighbour that drives actions that impact and transform lives through our operations in each of our Business Units. Each initiative is supported by our Social and Environmental Sustainability Standard, aligned with our Sustainability Policy, which establishes the general guidelines for the design and prioritisation of our impact projects:
Alignment
with the material topics identified in the materiality analysis of each Business Unit.
Prevention and mitigation
of social and environmental risks.
Compliance
with social or environmental regulations.
Value generation
for the business and our stakeholders.
Requirements
from the concession title, authorities, or communities.
Impact measurement process
To ensure our projects are sustainable and deliver long-term results, we incorporate the following strategic steps:
1
Identify the problem or need that the project aims to address. The social challenge to tackle.
2
Identify the beneficiary population or key
3
Define the intervention variables.
4
Define the resources (both monetary and non-monetary) that the project will invest.
5
Describe the concrete activities to be implemented.
6
Define the immediate products or results (outputs) that stem from the implemented activities.
7
Identify intermediate results (outcomes) such as changes in behaviour or knowledge.
8
Describe the long-term impact, aligning with SDGs or the project’s strategic priorities.

Education in Motion
|
At ALEATICA, we recognise that the best way to address community needs is by promoting academic education. That is why our flagship social project, “Education in Motion” focuses on facilitating access to education to positively influence the quality of life in our communities, providing them with opportunities for development and growth. In 2025, we will expand this programme to be implemented across all Business Units. A sustainable future is the goal, and education is the path.

Education for children, women, youth, and adults is the cornerstone of Social Sustainability at Aleatica. This commitment is reflected in various programmes across our global concessions, aiming to maximise the positive impact on the communities where we operate.
