Fostering diversity, equity and inclusion

Our DEI commitment is reflected in core documents including the Diversity and Inclusion Policy (published in 2024),
our code of ethics and conduct, and our Human Resources Policy. This outlines our commitment to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and any behaviours that could harm the physical or emotional well-being of our people.
Key actions
In 2024, Aleatica Mexico introduced its DEI Strategy with three priorities to embed DEI as a fundamental element in our talent management approach:
DEI Priority
Initiatives 2024
Talent Diversity
Equal Opportunities
Inclusive Work Environment
DEI Priority
Talent Diversity
We are committed to creating a workforce that recognises and reflects diversity by ensuring an environment where all opinions and experiences are heard, which drives us to innovate.
DEI Priority
Equal Opportunities
Initiatives 2024
The “Rompiendo Barreras” (Breaking Barriers) programme
Its purpose is to raise awareness among the team through webinars, flash talks and dialogue spaces about the challenges of diversity, the opportunities for gender equality we face today, unconscious biases, and shared responsibility.
DEI Priority
Inclusive Work Environment
Initiatives 2024
Partnership with the organisation ‘Inclúyeme.
We created this partnership to promote social and labour inclusion for people with disabilities in ALEATICA, Mexico. This organisation will help us raise awareness and educate people about this aspect of diversity.
Iniciativas 2024
Creation of the Global DEI Committee.
Among the 14 participants on the Committee, there are two from ALEATICA Mexico and one from Seconmex. Its main objective is to provide feedback to the People and Culture team on the implementation of the DEI strategy. In addition, we will create a Committee in Mexico, made up of members of our team, which will be dedicated to shaping the needs and proposals for improvement in DEI to be communicated to the Global Committee.

Convinced of the importance of offering equal opportunities to both female and male talent,
at Aleatica Mexico we have implemented a number of initiatives that have been essential in putting our commitment into action:
We are ensuring that every shortlist for new positions
includes at least one female candidate.
Prioritising female candidates for administrative roles in Business Units with low female leadership representation.
Ongoing work to eliminate gender bias
Pay equity
Our commitment to DEI includes closing gender pay gaps. We continually work to ensure all employees receive fair and equitable compensation.
