Sustainability strategy

Our mission is to develop and operate smart, safe, and sustainable mobility solutions that exceed the expectations of our customers and shareholders.

At Aleatica, we see sustainability as the core of our corporate strategy.

This conviction is not an add-on to our business but the lens through which we make decisions, manage risks, and create value for all the groups we interact with customers, communities, employees, shareholders, and authorities.

To achieve this, we integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria at every level of the organisation. These are supported by a double materiality analysis, which allows us to rigorously identify the most relevant challenges, risks, and opportunities, both at the corporate level and within each Business Unit. This approach allows us to act with a global perspective and truly local focus.

Our strategy is built around six pillars that express who we are and how we aim to operate.

Safety First

We invest in training, monitoring, new technologies, and infrastructure improvements to prevent accidents and protect the lives of our employees, customers, and everyone involved in the supply chain.

Social and environmental sustainability

We are committed to phasing out the use of fossil fuels, promoting renewable energy, implementing the circular economy, and reducing our carbon emissions. At the same time, we advocate for full respect for human rights and forge strong ties with local communities.

Excellence in service

We strive for excellence by continuously improving our infrastructure, enhancing communication with customers, and developing digital solutions that deliver a safe, convenient, and agile mobility experience.

Passion for the Team

We cultivate an inclusive and diverse work environment where everyone can be their authentic selves, fostering gender equality, ongoing training, and professional growth.

Corporate Integrity

We adhere to best practices in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, cybersecurity, data protection, and the fight against corruption.

Innovation in Motion

We foster a culture of continuous improvement, where our team's ideas are key to our transformation.

Our actions are guided by three core principles:

Creating value for all our stakeholders, rigorously complying with regulations and commitments, and being transparent in our accountability.

These principles translate into concrete actions:

We run annual sustainability training programs, apply ESG criteria in our procurement and contracting processes, contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda and the UN Global Compact, and regularly report on the status and impact of our initiatives.

With a structured roadmap, clear policies, and a management model aligned with the best international benchmarks, we are moving forward with conviction towards responsible growth that creates a positive and measurable impact on society and the environment in which we operate.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and management excellence, we actively participate in leading international initiatives and standards.
Furthermore, we have an ISO 14001-certified environmental management system in place across multiple Business Units, as well as an ISO 45001-compliant occupational health and safety management system, which is implemented in 85.7% of our Business Units.
To strengthen our integrity policy, we have implemented an anti-bribery management system based on the ISO 37001 standard and achieved certification for the entire group in 2025. We also maintain the current ISO 31000 risk management certification for the entire group.
Our sustainability performance is externally assessed, as demonstrated by our GRESB rating, where we achieved 97 out of 100 points and a 4-star rating in the ESG assessment of infrastructure assets.

These actions reflect our firm commitment to advancing toward the highest international standards in sustainability and good corporate governance.
