Responsible AI
Technology serving people, with ethics, security and human oversight.
At Aleatica, we recognise that artificial intelligence (AI) is a growing enabler for innovation in infrastructure operations, risk anticipation, and improving the customer experience.
Responsible AI Use Policy
In 2025, we approved our Responsible AI Use Policy, which is now part of the set of policies reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. This policy aims to regulate the use of advanced technologies to ensure they are used as tools to support service and efficiency, always in line with ethical standards, data security, and human oversight.
Our principles
Respect for people and social wellbeing
Diversity, non-discrimination and equity

What is prohibited
We prohibit the use of AI systems that employ subliminal or manipulative techniques, exploit people’s vulnerabilities, assess behaviour with harmful effects, or use biometric techniques to classify people based on race, politics, religion, or sexual orientation.
Governance
We have an Artificial Intelligence Committee led by the Executive Directorate of IT and Systems, which regularly reports to the Audit and Risk Committee on the inventory of AI systems, their regulatory compliance, identified risks, and any necessary corrective actions.
