At Aleatica, we recognise that our activities can impact the exercise of Human Rights in the communities where we operate.
We have decided that each of our Business Units will conduct specific assessments to identify risks and uncover opportunities that will strengthen our work.
Assessment methodology
To assess the impact on Human Rights, we apply a methodology based on three key criteria:
- Impact severity: We review the scale (how and which right is affected), the scope (who and how many people could be harmed, with a focus on their vulnerability), and the possibility of remediation.
- Management maturity: We analyse the company’s internal mechanisms and controls for responding to risks.
- Attribution: We establish the link between our company and the identified impact.
